I ordered a generator on line and decided that I didn’t need it one day later. It took TWENTY phone calls to stop it in transit! I have been trying to get the refund for a month and a half! Their customer service is the absolute worst!!! The snarky attitudes, and different stories, of the people that I’ve talked to would have warranted firing if they worked for my company! I will NEVER recommend them to anyone! This is the first review I’ve ever written and I am a huge online shopper🤬

Not expecting top products, but, the cart I purchased was missing much of the hardware (the box was sealed) . I called the Company # on the instructions and the message went in a loop. I called the store where purchased hoping for more help but all I got was return the item. That is a 40 minute drive. It's going back but I won't bother with them any more.

I placed an order for a $109 safe on March 19, 2020. It was during the beginning of the pandemic so I knew that it was going to take them awhile to ship my order. I contacted cs 3 times. The last time I contacted them was on July 14 and they told me they were shipping my order by July 25 to July 30. Its now September and I have yet to receive my order or a tracking number! I tried canceling but they won't even do that. I just want a clear answer!

Not all items are recommended as some have no quality whatsoever. I carefully measure the job I am performing and look closely at the tool I am looking at before buying. I cannot say that all have worked good but most of the ones I have purchased have done a great job for a fair price. So, I recommend this place, I like it.

Horrible customer service and misleading return policy. Bought a creeper that broke immediately. The store would not let me return. Hopefully this place will go out of business when the cheap Chinese crap finally goes away. Buy better stuff. I haven’t shopped there for years! You lose HF, I won’t be back.

Great return policy on shaver. Return for exchange for ANY reason, they don’t ask why. Very helpful employees!

Bought tools, and some rope lights for my walkway. Everything was fine (pretty fair quality for the low price) except I waited a month for my rope lights which never showed and had no way to check on their status which really concerned me from the start. I contacted Cust service, I was replied to quickly in 2 days, that the item was back-ordered and it may take a while to come in, I said ok i'll wait. A pet peeve of mine is online stores selling items that aren't physically in stock, but I wanted to be reasonable as it's already paid for. Another month went by and I finally decided to cancel the order so wrote again. I received a reply that the item was out of stock and that it would not be in stock again. Well ok, but why on earth have I been waiting for two months? And why did I have to write them to find out both times what was going on? I really believe they failed me as a customer three times here: Selling an item they didn't have, not informing me that it would be delayed, then not bothering to tell me it wouldn't come at all. And it is unfortunate because the actual physical stores are wonderful, the employees are great, helpful, friendly, always ready to help you with your tool choice. And I don't want the large volume of negative reviews for their online stores to reflect on the brick and mortar businesses

Skip this place unless you actually physically walk into the store and see something you might like to buy and are 100% sure you need it. NEVER order on line! NEVER! Big mistake. Borders on outright flim flam. I have a $900 order (generator) now "in orbit" no way to track. No update, no way to cancel that order - which I'll need to do. Thank goodness VISA will nullify that charge (but I can tell you right off, that's going to be a hassle, but I'll do it!). Crooks!
