Thank you for sharing your concerns. This matter has been under review by our senior leadership since January, and our General Counsel wrote to you directly on January 5 to discuss an acceptable resolution. We did not receive a reply. That invitation remains open. As we do not discuss the particulars of a client's account in a public forum, we would welcome the opportunity to continue the conversation directly. You may reach us at [email protected] whenever you are ready to do so.

We’re sorry to hear about your experience. It appears there may have been some miscommunication regarding the scope of services and associated fees. Our team aims to be transparent about what’s included in each service and when additional filings or requirements may introduce separate costs. We’d like the opportunity to clarify this with you. A member of our team is reaching out directly to review your account and ensure everything is clearly addressed.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re sorry to hear about your negative experience. At the moment, we’re unable to locate an account based on the information provided in this review. Because of that, we can’t find a record of working with you and can’t review the situation or assist with your request. We’d be happy to look into this and help resolve any issues. Please contact our team directly and provide the email address or business name associated with your account so we can locate it and assist you further. Our team will review the details with you and work toward a resolution.

Thank you for sharing your concerns. We want to provide some clarification based on our review of your account. Our team was able to file exemption-related registrations for two states in October. However, your Charitable Solicitation Registration service subscription was later cancelled due to an invoice that remained unpaid for more than 240 days. When a subscription is inactive, we’re unable to continue processing additional filings on the organization’s behalf. Exemption filings and ongoing state requirements are handled as part of an active service engagement, so once the service was cancelled, we could not proceed with further submissions. We understand how important it is for your organization to maintain good standing, and we’re happy to review your current status and discuss next steps directly to help move things forward. Our team will reach out to you privately to assist.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. Based on your review, there appears to be a misunderstanding about the service that you purchased. Our Registered Agent Service provides a registered agent name and address for your business and acceptance of service of process. It does not include LLC formation filings or submitting documentation to the Maryland Secretary of State unless formation service is separately selected and purchased. We take communication seriously and want to ensure everything is clear. We will review your account and reach out to you directly to clarify what was purchased and outline the appropriate next steps so you can move forward with your business formation. We appreciate the opportunity to connect and resolve any confusion.
