Placed my order Feb 1 and after almost 2 weeks (with the intention to have my order for Valentines day), I have STILL NOT RECEIVED MY ORDER. Also customer service and response is HORRIBLE. No one got back to me after emailing 2x and there is no phone # to contact and speak with an actual person will not order again.

Ordered my socks on July 23 and am still waiting,tried tracking and no information

I placed an order a few weeks ago and only received a confirmation order which said that I'd get an email when it was shipped. I never heard anything else. I've written many emails asking for help and even messaged them on their facebook page. They don't have a phone number so I really am not sure what to do. This is actually the second request I've had for a review. I thought there was probably just a mix up so I didn't want to give a poor review but when the second request came I felt as if I had no choice.
