I’m completely dissatisfied with their work the they refused to take away the one bed because they said they had not contracted to take that bed to an another house into a crawlspace. They complained that the bill was too heavy and that they couldn’t do it. They left the bed in my living room on the floor. Put scratches on the hardwood floor set up the new bed, but did not connect the remote control so I’m sitting here with two beds and not able to sleep properly

Hi John, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re truly sorry to hear that your experience didn’t meet expectations. After reviewing the details of your service, we’d like to provide some clarification. Your hospital bed delivery was originally scheduled to be made to an open garage space. However, upon arrival, our crew was informed that the delivery location had changed—requiring them to move a 300+ lb hospital bed over grass, up stairs, and into a crawl space. Unfortunately, this posed a significant safety risk for both our team and your equipment. To ensure everyone’s safety, we had to respectfully decline completing that portion of the delivery. In addition, our service notes indicate that the replacement bed being set up in place of the hospital bed was confirmed as a standard frame at the time of booking. When our team arrived, they found it was actually an adjustable electric base, which requires power and a more involved setup. This type of assembly wasn't part of the original service request, and no manual or instructions were available. Even so, our crew did their best to assist with the setup. Please note that while we aim to go above and beyond, technical setup of specialized equipment falls outside the scope of services we currently provide. We understand this may have caused inconvenience, and we sincerely apologize. Please know the remainder of your services were completed as contracted, and we’ve issued a refund for the portion that could not be fulfilled. Our goal is always to provide professional, friendly, and safe service, and we hope our handling of this situation reflects that commitment. We value our customers and appreciate you taking the time to share your experience, as it helps us continue to improve. Thank you for your understanding and for bringing this to our attention. Thank you again for choosing Happy Labor!
