GREAT COMPANY! I had a seal break on windows I had installed 9.5 years ago, I called and they told me to send in some pictures to the service dept. They called me the next day and told me it would be covered 100% and it would take 6-8 weeks before they could be out. GREAT! They came out in 5 weeks with a new window and replace it at no charge per contract. I have always had excellent service from hansons! The young man (Jason) that came out to do the work was efficient and extremely polite! Great company.

Since Hanson installed my windows, they’ve been back three times. My bedroom windows still leaks. It won’t lock. I have to put tape on it. I have an extra little heater in my bedroom because it’s so cold because it’s winter time here I wish they would just change the whole window out they say it’s just a slide, but it’s not the screens ready to fall out and everything.

If I could give them 0 starts I would. We had our roof and gutters done by them. They rescheduled BOTH jobs multiple times. The contractors left nails ALL over my yard we are still finding 2 years later- this is after they had come back to clean up their mess. My gutters had to be 'fixed' 3 separate times, and turns out were installed ALL incorrectly. They sent a completely new contractor out to completely re-do all of it, and ordered the wrong color. I was so ready to just have them done with this, that it was close enough. We are now having chimney work done. We had to call them OVER 20 times because their schedulers and office people are completely incompetent, to get them to understand what needed to be done. We could not go with another roofer as it would void our roof warranty. The foundation company has been waiting for THREE HOURS, on the contractor because he went to the wrong house first. They have passed their window arrival time by 3 hours. This is seriously the worst company I have EVER had to deal with, and I talk to insurance companies for a living. AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS. For literally ANY work.

Lousy lousy lousy lousy, don’t use them they stink. They did a horrible job on my roofing project nails sticking out through my ceiling. Lousy customer service don’t use them warning!!!!

Hansonsd Roofing started my roof in April 2023. It started out bad when I called to cancel the contract two days later, they told me I could not cancel it without a $10,000.00 breach of contract clause for the material. when they called to finally start the roof I informed them that a handicapped person lived here and the driveway had to be kept clear. Then when they finally came my fiance who is handicapped could not get to the front door for two days and she almost fell a couple of times over the two days it took to do the roof. We had to park in the street because their equipment was all over the driveway, the yard, and the curb. Once they left I noticed a lot wrong with the project, as they call it, I called them within 7 days. They sent out 2 people on different occasions that also stated the roof needed to be redone. All the 2 people that came out did was look at the roof and left. This is a small list of the items I noticed and upon paying for an Inspection the Inspector noticed a lot more. They broke the gutters and downspouts off our home, left gaps in the roofing lumber, left the facia exposed, and did not replace rotten boards, in 9 months my roof is sagging and cracking, and I have leaks in my roof, installed broken lumber as the roofing material.... and so much more.

Justin Ray and his crew did a great job. Work was done in a day. Everything looks perfect. Look forward to no more leaks

Stated I qualified for 1 year no payments and no interest. I have not seen my contract, now the siding is falling off my house they used caulk instead of nails. Salesman Dan quit because of their shady, if not dark customer areand service. Been a month since siding was installed and started falling off same day and nobody to fix it properly. Matt at the Davenport office makes a lot of promises and then refuses to answer the phone. DO NOT USE HANSONS in the Quad Cities! Go elsewhere. Their customer service isn't worthy of one star.The caulked on part of my siding! And their customer service sucks, on hold for hours. DO NOT CONSIDER USING HANSONS! Crappy service, installation and follow up.

They put $800.00+ of charges (permitting & material testing). My house is 2.5 years old and is certified that no asbestos or lead is in the home. When I asked for a copy of the permit and test results, all i received was a unsigned copy of the city permit and a invoice charging me for the test. I cannot recommend to any home to use this company.
