Timing was not to what was promised . Once sales man got the sale I had to keep inquiring and calling to follow up on project .

In November we had all the windows in our house replaced.(15 windows 2 doorwalls). We were very happy with the windows and especially the installers. What we were disappointed about was no promotions . ( for instance I see now tablets, tickets to shows or even interest free for a year).After spending a large amount of money we were expecting something. Thank you for your time.

You do quality work. The price is a bit high though.

My wood floors were marked up a bit. So clean up should have been more thorough.

Installers were awesome. Went above and beyond my expectations. Issues: missing top locking latch on one window and a screen slightly damaged. Installers noted my complaints and I'm still waiting for my repair/replacement. 3 months.
