Not happy at all. They were suppose to be at our house between 4-6 and never showed up. We never got a call either saying they weren't going to be able to make it out that night. When my husband called the next day they never apologized or said sorry.

Worse! Experience! Ever! Salesman lied. Eight-12 weeks turned into 15 weeks. One week installation time turned into over 2 weeks. I'd come home and notice only a couple of pieces of siding installed. I found several nails in my lawn. I left several messages inquiring where we were in the process, NEVER got a return call. Paid for a Cadillac, got a Yugo. Salesman also told me the installers space their nails every 5 inches...not even close! I guess they forgot my interior garage walls aren't finished and it's easy to see the nails.

Just had windows installed by hansons. Overall not very impressed with the company. The original salesman was ok but definitely hungry for the sale and a bit pushy. He promised to be onsite during the installation to make sure the installers did the job properly but he never showed up. Was sent an inspection form before the installation that I had no idea what to do with and when I called the company to ask if I needed someone to come out and sign it, she woman laughed and was basically like "are you stupid? of course you don't need someone out there." I then called the city I live in and they sent someone out to take a look and said the woman gave me the wrong information. The installers were extremely rude and left a huge mess. The caulk around the windows was done really sloppy, and when we asked them to fix it, they had an attitude. The windows were all left with huge smudge marks from caulk and fingerprints. When they were about done, one man told us "he was in a really bad mood" which made it extremely awkward for us to ask him to do anything more than installing the windows. Noticed a few days later they broke our indoor outdoor wall plug unit so we can’t even use it anymore. 100% disappointed with the service we received.

They took over the criminal enterprise formerly known as American Exteriors. They have zero credibility because of this. Stay away!

Worst experience ever! Had windows installed October 2018, installation was not done correctly causing all windows to leak and are drafty. It is now end of July and windows still have not been corrected. Timely customer service is NOT a priority. All I have received is apologies and little action to correct the problems.

Customer service is awful, I have multiple sclerosis my eyes are bad and they can't voice assist me they tell me I have to go to a website.

These gutters were suppose to have leaf guard,its what we paid for,they put guard only on garage and breezeway the other part of house they put in this black holey sponge like crap,that I now have trees growing out of,I paid for leaf guards now I could sell trees out of my gutters,they called once and then still nothing,guaranteed a lifetime,well where are they,Hello Hansons,you listening?

Don't use Hanson's to replace your Roof! In the beginning, the communication with this company was great. After they received our money, everything went downhill! They bent our siding, didn't put in drip edges in two major areas of the roof! We are now getting the run around to have someone contact us to resolve many issues. We still have leaking, had to replace a tire on my car due to all the roofing nails left behind, the siding is bent and the drip edges not put in! The city inspector is coming out Monday and we are sure that the roof will NOT pass inspection! We are disappointed with Hanson's and would NOT recommend them for a roofing job, PERIOD! We will pursue these problems even if it means Legally! Communication with them now is just a blow off with us and is NOT acceptable! We have put a lot of money for our home/roof, don't let them do this to you!
