I ordered the ultrasonic luxury pack and a pack each of the carbon steel blades and the tungsten blades. When I recieved my pack, I was missing the extra blades. I contacted customer service, and they instantly took care of me. Mailed out the replacements quickly. I would have absolutely zero problems with ordering from them again. I have rarely had such a good experience with customer service as I did with Hanboost. They are extremely friendly and very good at their job. As for the product, holy moly!!! I dont know how i ever did model building without one. It makes trimming nubs of pieces and cleaning up edges completely effortless. It takes a little getting used to, but once you get it the blades cuts effortlessly. Don't use a lot of pressure, just hold it against where you want to cut. And watch out for the blade and the collet that holds the blade. It can get extremely hot during use. But its worth it, because it leaves a super smooth surface where you cut. All in all, I'd give the entire experience a 10/10.

I am happy with the product, however during kickstarter campaing they could have managed communications a bit better just by posting more regular updates with little details to show how the progress was going as well as maybe providing a better way of communicating shipment address changes etc.
