Working with Hamssa was such a pleasant experience. She is very knowledgeable and made arrangements for my brother's stay without issue.

We are so grateful to have found Hamsa during such an important and stressful time for our family. From the very beginning, she was kind, compassionate, trustworthy, and incredibly responsive. She took the time to truly listen to our concerns, understand my father’s needs, and work within our family’s budget. Hamsa was knowledgeable and provided thoughtful advice throughout the entire process. She was patient, empathetic, and always made us feel that our questions and concerns mattered. She worked hard to help us find the right boarding care home for my father, and we felt completely supported throughout the process. What impressed us most is that her support didn’t end once my father was placed. She has continued to check in, remains available when we need her, and genuinely cares about how he is doing. That level of follow-up and compassion is something we truly appreciate. It was wonderful working with Hamsa, and we would wholeheartedly recommend her to any family looking for guidance and support in finding the right care for their loved one. ❤️

We were connected to Hamssa through social services at Kei-Ai nursing facility. She contacted us immediately and soon after our conversation, we were given several choices for boarding homes, good choices! Hamssa made decisions based on our needs and what the different places could offer. She was right on! We found a loving home, one that provides exceptional care and companionship.

I can’t say enough good things about Hamssa and the support she provided while helping me place my elderly dad in a board and care facility. This was an overwhelming process, but she made it so much easier every step of the way. Hamssa truly went above and beyond. She personally met with me and took the time to visit multiple locations together so I could feel confident in making the right decision. Her patience, knowledge, and genuine care really stood out. She has always been incredibly responsive, answering questions quickly and providing reassurance whenever I needed it. Most importantly, my dad is now happier than he’s been in years, which means everything to me. I’m deeply grateful for her dedication and compassion. I would highly recommend Hamssa to anyone going through a similar journey.

If you are searching for a Board and Care facility, I highly recommend contacting Placement Specialist Hamssa Benremia. My husband and I had no idea how to choose the right facility for our relative beyond searching the internet, which provided very limited and confusing information. Hamssa is experienced, knowledgeable, and efficient, and she responds quickly to texts and emails. She guided us through the entire process — from discussing our monthly budget, contacting facilities, and scheduling appointments, to accompanying us on tours and negotiating with the owners. She clearly relayed all the information we needed to make an informed decision and played an essential role in achieving a positive outcome. We were extremely pleased with her follow-through, and she even checked in with us after placement to see how our relative was doing. Hamssa Benremia truly went above and beyond, and I wholeheartedly recommend her services.

I am grateful to Hamssa for help in finding a place for my dad. She was always very easy to communicate with, generous with her time and experience. When there was an opening at the place we wanted she set up a tour quickly and my dad was moved in in very short order. If you need this service she's the one to help you.

Hamssa is an angel. She goes beyond the call of duty to help you with your loved one that is in need of care Hospice. We are so fortunate that we were given her name and that we got to use her. I can’t express the love she has for the seniors and caring she still contacts me and checks in on me just make sure I’m OK. Where can you get that kind of service nowhere I’m telling you if you’re looking for a place for your parents or loved one call her use her. She is the best. I wish there was more people like her. This world would be a better place. I am so thankful that Ihave her. I couldn’t ask for anything better that’s why I say she’s an angel. My brother and I could never ask for anyone better. She took care of everything from A-to-Z. I didn’t have to do a thing she was even there to see my mom after my mom was sent to her new home. She just checks on me too. I just can’t tell you how much we appreciate her andif you need someone you need to use Hamssa. it asked me for the date. Of experience it started that day with a phone call from her and it’s still going on today. She’s still involved and my mom is already in her new home. That’s what kind of person Hamssa is.

Hamssa came highly recommended to us from a family friend at church. She exceeded all expectations we had for a placement specialist. She helped our family find a long term care house for my father. She followed his case from the hospital, to the skilled nursing facility, and finally to the long term care facility. The whole time she would meet with his case workers, nurses, doctors and check in on my father. She would provide us with updates on his health, care plan, and discharge dates. She is extremely knowledgeable about the whole industry, and no matter what facility we went to they knew Hamssa and spoke of how great she was. Hamssa personally drove my mom and I around to carefully selected long term care facilities and answered all our questions at each one we went to. All the facilities she had selected for us were amazing and really met the needs my father needed. My family had no idea of the process, and Hamssa walked us through everything with an expertise and compassion that made it extremely easy, I can’t recommend Hamssa enough!
