Placed an order but forgot to apply a coupon code. Emailed the suggested contact about this, but I never got an answer. Otherwise, the order was ready quickly, and the candy was yum-o-licious!

We love your lemon candies. The biscuits that we received as a surprise on our first order were not as good as we remembered, especially at the price. One of us like the white chocolate Birthday Cake, but we again feel it is not a value at its current price point.

My shipment was EARLY! In this case that wasn't what I wanted, but the gift was happily received anyway. Thanks for the treats that bring back memories of happy times together for me and my mom!

Excellent candy, excellent customer service, but complete lack of signage for "pickup at factory" option. I had to talk to at least 4 different people before I found the right entrance to pick up my online order. Still, I would definitely buy from them again!

The candy is wonderful! Unfortunately, we picked a day when there wasn't much activity going on in the candy making room. We will have to try again! Oh and please keep making the Caramel Corn.

Package arrived safely, packed very carefully, in a short amount of time. I had contacted the company via email because I didn't receive (or deleted accidentally) my confirmation. I was taken aback by the reply that contained no greeting at all nor thanks for my order (rather large, around $150) and only "Your package should arrive tomorrow" with a screenshot of the status tracker. So, it was a good transaction but could have been top class had there been slightly more thought to our correspondence. Would purchase again.

The candy canes are very good; however, I was very disappointed they arrived simply wrapped in bubble wrap. A nice decorative box would have been nice.
