bought cinqo j for my daughters wedding have a specail stand set up for it during cocktails it did not last very long those in the know ate very well this great tasting hamon it was great fun to have it carved in front on the guests gracias hamlovers

Glad to see a company bringing Jamon to the US at a decent price and with good customer service! I purchased a Paleta Iberico from Fermin and it came with its own stand, ham knife and, more importantly, a really really tasty Iberico ham (and for around $300, which is a great price). I recommend them without reservation.

Very high quality product. Shipping times are a little longer than they estimate, I paid for two day shipping, ended up being late due to 2-3 processing. Overall happy with the product though!
