Hamilton as a whole needs to do better from ordering a power unit to delivery of of product. We have struggled with panels for over a year or longer and there has been no solution as of yet. There needs to be someone within that can oversee these people and make decisions to solve this frustrating problem within. As a manufacture we need confidence that Hamilton can produce a product that we can have on the shelf and provide our customers with the same product, referring to the panels that are provided.

Had to call multiple times 2 different days to finally get to talk to some one in person. None of my messages were returned. Parts guy was knowledgeable.
