The Halo 4 is has been life changing for us. Our Doberman is always safe in our yard or wherever we are. I have been recommending it to everyone that has a dog.

Symantha was a great help when trying to size my Halo 4 collar to my dog. I thought it was too big when it was tightened all the way and she was determined to help me fix it! Turns out, there was more tightening that could be done than I thought. Thank you Symantha for you patience and help!

Thank you for your review!
I had issues with my new Halo collar 4. Symantha and Emma help me out several times listening to my concerns and guiding me through the process. They were very patience and acknowledgeable. After they tried to do everything they could do to help, finally I was sent a new collar. I was very frustrated but, these ladies made it easier on me. Thanks to you my problem got solved!

We're so glad our team was ab le to turn things around for you!
Our Halo collar and the Halo support team are amazing! No one expects "no glitches" along the way with technology. But Halo support has been stellar! I have never had a product of any kind where the company has been more supportive of customers and stood so solidly behind their product.

This is amazing to hear! We sincerely appreciate your feedback!
Samantha was very helpful! She paid attention to my issue and explained everything to me. I greatly appreciate her and the service (replacement) that is being sent! We really do rely on this collar working! Simon jumped/climbed the fence before we got the collar. The collar has helped tremendously!
