The product has worked as advertised. I do recommend a written manual. I found it tricky to go through some of the set up and training. You had to endlessly jump back and forth between the instructions and set up. I also had a good experience with a customer service rep regarding beacon purchase and use.

Great support.

Had the collar 4 months, love it! Perfect for my Rott on a large farm. Until, it stopped working, we received a message from halo that there was an issue and the collar needed to be replaced. Replacement received quickly, but it doesn’t sync, which means it doesn’t work 😠 Reached out to Hallo support, some trouble shooting, yep they confirmed it doesn’t work, don’t know why, escalated our ticket. Several days pass, we ask for an update. They say yes they are working on it, but no solution or timeline on a solution. So now I have an expensive collar, paying monthly subscription, but it’s is useless.

Quick and efficient

Received a performance error message from one of our dogs collars. Connecting to support through the dog park was very quick and simple. I was connected with Monica and she was very friendly, thorough, and resolved my issue in a matter of minutes. Best customer service experience in quite some time.
