⭐️ Very disappointing experience with HaloBlinds Delivery was advertised as 3–5 days, but my blinds took several weeks to arrive and were shipped directly from China. When they arrived, they were faulty: the strings were too short, the blackout blind did not cover the full window, and the fitting instructions were difficult to follow and incorrect on two occasions. Customer service initially did not offer a refund, and resolving the issue required several contacts and a warning that I would dispute the payment through my credit-card company. They eventually agreed to a full refund and confirmed I did not need to return the faulty blinds. Although I received my money back, the process was stressful and time-consuming. I recommend checking the small print carefully, especially regarding dispatch locations and return arrangements. Based on my experience, I would not order from HaloBlinds again.

Company is not answering my emails and not honoring the 30 day return policy. I bought the product, wait a month, not longer need the product but the company very unprofessionally doesn't answer my request. Update 0929: after talking to manager, they understood my situation and the issue was quickly solved.

The concept is fantastic, the quality is there, the ordering process was simple, the customer service when things weren't perfect, made it perfect. Highly recommend giving HaloBlinds a go.

Great blinds!! They install super easy and I love the functionality of the blinds where they simply slide to open and close. I would recommend them to anyone. The reason for the 4 stars is because they don't block out the light 100% like their videos show. There is still slight gaps on some edges where their seal doesn't cover entirely, but then other areas are very snug and secure. If your window frame was 100% symmetrical all around then it would be fine. Also, there is still some light bleeding on edges of the blinds. It still blocks out a ton of light and I would still recommend, but it's just not 100% pitch black.

This company is a FRAUD. THE BLINDS ARE NOT AS REPRESENTED. IMPOSSIBLE TO PUT Together AND INSTALL 4 times heavier than the video. Comes apart when you take them out of the box. NOTHING LIKE THE TRAINING VIDEO. THEY WONT TAKE THEM BACK. THERE IS NO SERVICE AFTER THE SALE. THEY WONT SEND YOU YOUR MONEY BACK! Complete waste of time and money!!!!!

Great product. Easy installation, very good quality. A friend of mine purchased the similar brand blind and I can say after comparing the installed products, Haloblinds is better! Worths every penny.

Absolutely do not buy anything here! I paid 140 euros for a curtain that is simply useless. Due to poor design, they left insufficient clearance, meaning the mounted curtain completely blocks my window. You can't even use the window normally anymore. Instead of properly fixing their mistake by issuing a full refund or sending a suitable alternative, their customer service is downright appalling. They are now trying to take the easy way out with a so-called 'goodwill' refund of 30% and telling me I can keep the useless curtain. Now I'm stuck with a product I can't do anything with, and I've still lost almost 100 euros. This company takes zero responsibility for the defective products they deliver. Save yourself a lot of frustration and money, and look for a more reliable business.
