I used to have such a tough time breathing through my nose at night, and it got to the point where I was contemplating surgery for my deviated septum. But then, I stumbled upon the Hale breathing device, and it totally turned things around. The best part is that it saved me from surgery, and made my husband one happy camper since I no longer keep him up with my snoring.

I have used the Hale product for almost one year. I follow the directions to break-in the plastic then use for about 10 days before tossing. Some nights when my nose is completely clear I don't use it. I use it probably 80% of the time since I am always fighting the next sinus infection from blocked nasal passages. My wife reports that I NEVER snore (or wake up) when using the Hale product. My nose is always still open when I arise in the morning, so I think it is a great product that I highly recommend.
