Scam / fraudulent retailer website

I wanted to order a yellow HomePod mini, and once I placed the item in my cart, the picture was for a yellow one, but item description said, “Apple-HomePod mini-Blue-Yellow. Before placing the order, I tried the chat screen several times with no response, called the phone # listed on the site and only got a busy signal each time I called. Tried sending an email to the email listed and when I went to send it, got the message that it didn’t appear to be a valid email. It’s still sitting in my Outbox. So I decided to google legitimacy of company and am very glad I didn’t place an order. It pays to be cautious and read reviews!!

I ordered an Oral B Pro 1000 toothbrush for $25 plus $4 shipping. They acknowledged the order. The next day, they sent an email stating that they had cancelled the order. No explanation was provided. In calling the number given in the email, I just got recordings that the wireless caller I dialed is not available at this time. A total scam. At least they didn't charge my card.

The phone number listed on their website actually belongs to an HVAC/Air Conditioning company that has no association with them. [1] HafeMall does not have a legitimate phone number, and recent evidence heavily indicates that the website is a retail scam. [1, 2] ## Major Warning Signs * * Fake Contact Details: As you discovered, the phone number listed on their site routes to an unrelated local HVAC business whose voicemail explicitly warns callers that they are not Hafemall. Furthermore, their listed physical address leads to a public storage facility, not an appliance showroom. [1] * Brand New Domain: The domain hafemall.com was registered very recently, on September 12, 2026. [2] * Suspicious Payment Processing: Buyers report that the site claims to accept payment methods like Klarna but then fails or insists on credit card data, raising significant identity and data theft concerns. [1] * If you were looking to purchase an appliance from them, it is highly recommended to steer clear of this website. If you have already entered your payment information on their platform, contact your bank or credit card issuer immediately to report fraud and secure your account. [1]
