H4Y Technologies LLCReviews of h4y.us

Always great service.

Paid in full for a dedicated RDP server. Within 24 hours of payment, the account was suspended and my support ticket closed with no chance to actually discuss or explain anything — it was linked to a separate, unrelated account issue from months earlier on a completely different server. No refund offered for the service I paid for but never received. The first reply I got from billing was also oddly unprofessional in tone for a serious billing matter. Still waiting on this to be resolved. Would recommend being cautious before prepaying for anything here. will update my message if this issue gets resolved

Always extremely polite and knowledgable.
