H3R Performance, Inc.Reviews of h3rperformance.com

The product arrived in a timely manner. It was pretty easy to put together. For my first time buying this product. I bought it for my truck since I didn't have one and I go to alot of car & truck shows.

Bought a clean agent fire extinguisher ($385) to upgrade my current one to something nicer looking inside my car. I'm using a tek208 mount, which is rather tight fitting. It doesn't open up as much as other mount so accepting the bottle can be difficult if the extinguisher isn't as advertised. Knowing this, I called H3R before purchasing and verifying this wouldn't be an issue. Once I got the extinguisher, I could immediately tell the slight flare on the bottom was going to make this a challenge. The powdercoating at the bottom is also really poor quality and chipped off ever so slightly. Also, the serial label they use is that tamper-proof tear away junk that's perforated a hundred ways diagonally and it was already messed up and missing a few of the small tear off tabs. Nothing major, but definitely not in great condition for buying something new. After struggling to get the cylinder in the mount and further messing it up, I just went ahead and removed it. The only reason I bought the damn thing was to get a cleaner look and this raggedy label made it look like 💩 (this would later haunt me). I could never get it mounted cleanly like I wanted so I decided to return it. Again, I called to start the process and I explained the label was removed. The lady I spoke with told me it wouldn't be a huge issue since the pin and tag were still in place. If anything, they'd charge me a portion and put a new serial number label on it. Sent it back on my dime. Once it got back I got a call from another guy and he told me they could no longer accept the return and refund me... wtf! He said they could keep it or ship it to me again but no money would be returned. Too much miscommunication and run around, shady tactics and tons of time/money wasted. Never again will I order from H3R. For $385 I expected way better quality. I actually just got a new extinguisher in wrinkle black from SafeCraft and it is NIIIIIIICCCCEEE. should have gotten this thing to begin with. Check out SafeCraft for some amazing quality! Updated to respond to your reply: You disagree with my account of what transpired but you basically just confirmed it all.... the extinguisher was "rendered unusable" by removing a damaged nameplate that you just admitted could be replaced! That the lady on the phone said could be replaced! ...just admit you never intended to refund the transaction, it's OK. I'm not even upset anymore. This SafeCraft unit is a work of art compared to your garbage piece. Even your nozzle and pressure gauge seem cheap as hell after holding a quality unit.

Had some challenges due to user error and they were awesome helping me out. Product looks fantastic and I hope to never have to use it :)

The products are great , The customer service is outstanding . It's rare you get customer service like this nowadays. They read their emails the same day and reply within 24 hours and the product got to my door in less than 3 days good to see a United States Company still working with old school ethics. I would definitely recommend H3R ! 🏁

Recently I was in the market for a fire extinguisher for my Jeep. It is a requirement on most Off Road trails. I did a quick web search and H3R Performance came up. I liked the fact that it would not make a mess when used so I decided to purchase the small Hal-Guard extinguisher. I mounted the extinguisher in my jeep and just two days later I was driving down the highway and notices smoke coming from an SUV on the side of the road. I pulled up in front of the smoking car and ran to it with my new H3R Hal Guard extinguisher. I pulled the pin and sprayed the extinguisher back and forth across the grill area of the SUV. The fire seemed to be out at this point because I did not see any more orange flames through the grill. I ran back to my Jeep and grabbed a rag and had the owner pop the hood. I used the rag to open the hood and gave the engine bay a quick sweep back and forth with the H3R Hal Guard. The fire was completely out and after a minute or so the smoke was gone. The owner thanked me and I got back on the road. I was very surprised on how well the HR3 worked and I ordered another one as soon as I got home. I contacted H3R customer service about where to get my spent Hal Guard refilled and they replied back with help with in 24 hours. This is a great product and worth every penny. I am a fan of this product and recommend it to everyone.

Excellent product, fast shipping. User friendly website. Already a repeat customer.

I purchased the MAXOUT extinguisher with the nylon mounting brackets, very happy with both the fit and finish . The mount has the quick release feature, while still holding the extinguisher rock solid . Purchased together it’s a high quality package deal !

Quality product, great support.
