I had never heard of Gyft before. I noticed 5 charges of $100 on my PayPal for Gyft cards. I went to the Gyft website, signed up for an account with the same email they charged to. My 5 orders were on there. I submitted a complaint and demanded a refund using the Gyft customer support form. Instead of replying, they have since deleted my account with no reasoning one way or the other, and have not refunded my money.

I received a 100$ gift card for my Bday for Whole Foods. I was excited to use it and found out that Whole Foods no longer accepts digital gift cards. So my gift card is worthless and their customer service is about a JOKKKKKE! The whole thing is a JOKE. For as many people they have screwed over i hope all the stolen money gets shoved up their A**! Ive tried contacting them for WEEKS and they give you the RUN AROUND! Ridiculous and disappointing ! IT sucks when they take your only Bday present and screw you over . DONT USE THIS COMPANY ITS WELL KNOWN FOR BEING a piece of S***! Especially do not purchase WHOLE FOODS Gift Cards they shouldn't even be selling them but they do because who's the wiser right? EFFFF THIS COMPANY!

Somehow I ended up with the account from Gyft and I never heard of them. I had however been buying from a company named Wish, which I believe is somehow connected. Luckily they charged my PayPal account and once I informed them the charges were fraud, the charges were dropped and I received an apologetic reply from Gyft. I asked to be removed from their servers and delete any account I supposedly had. Quit dealing with Wish as well and have no other problems!

Obviously this company is not in the business of making money. I have tried and tried to buy several gift cards from them and only managed to buy two by some miracle. Now they won't let me buy anymore. It is absolutely ridiculous. Do not try to buy from this company.

I have never heard of this company before but for some weird reason i have an account. i was being charged for gift cards i wasnt even purchasing and when contacted to fix this issue i haven't received no response.

TRUTH IS THIS COMPANY NEEDS TO ADVISE THAT INSTANT E-CARDS ARE NOT INSTANT & THE ONLY ECARD THAT IS IS THEIR OWN. 5 FRIENDS OF MINE & I, TESTED IT OUT. 3 OF US ORDERED OTHER MERCHANT ECARDS ADVERTISED AS INSTANT & THA OTHER 3 ORDERED THE INSTANT GYFT ECARDS... EACH ONE WHO ORDERED THE OTHER MERCHANT CARDS GOT THE SAME RESPONSE STATING OUR ORDERS CLDNT BE INSTANT AND WOULD TAKE UP TO 24HRS DUE TO OUR PAYMENTS NEEDING VERIFICATION. THE OTHER 3 GOT THEIR INSTANT GYFT CARDS & NOT ONLY ARE THE OTHER 3 ORDERS STILL PENDING THA NEXT DAY, GYFT HAS RECEIVED THEIR PAYMENTS AND THEY WERE RECEIVED LESS THAN AN HOUR AFTER EACH ORDER WAD PLACED. THEY DONT ANSWER THEIR PHONE LINE & THEY REPS VIA EMAIL DONT HAVE ANSWERS AND JUST REPLY ACKNOWLEDGING UR EMAIL AND UR THERE LEFT WAITING TIL GYFT DECIDES TO RELEASE UR GIFT CARDS. DONT ORDER HERE UR BETTER OFF PAYING OUT THE XTRA IT MAY COST U DIRECTLY FROM THE MERCHANT. GYFT IS A FRAUD!

If you have any problems, don't expect any candid responses from customer service agents. You can ask a question, get a canned response, ask for further clarification, and get literally the same response as before. If you ask them why codes take up to 24hrs for "processing" when bought with Paypal funds, they will not give you an answer. They will, however, quickly help you close your account, strangely enough.

They suspended my account 3 times for no reason. Now they decline every single card I try to buy. Every time I email them, I get a stock response, even replying in the same thread of emails. The person I must have been assigned to clearly has a rote script to adhere to, and they do not deviate. Don't bother wasting your time with them. It is nothing but frustration.
