Experience horrible, they told.me my order was cancelled and they continued to take payments. Sent glasses after they told me order was cancelled, horrible service. Never again, buyer beware 😞

I found it very difficult to get the information I needed and very frustrating that there wasn't a phone number to talk to a live agent, who vould answer my question. Wasted more than an hour on something that would have taken less than 5 minutes with a human. I DID order a pair

It took 1 month after ordering my glasses and I just received the shipping notification today. I'm not happy needless to say.

The glasses are functional and the lens was incorrect. I mailed them back for a refund. I did order another pair and they are working just fine.

They finally had the item in stock when a sale was going on. But despite being a holiday weekend, it did take about a week to ship and receive all the way from California. So if you choose the free ground shipping, keep that in mind if you are OK with waiting that long. I was OK with waiting that long despite not knowing how long the shipping would actually take.

I tried blue light blocking glasses from a few other companies before I discovered Gunnar. I kept looking because I didn't feel any better when I used those other companies' glasses for my computer and Kindle, and wasn't sure that they provided sufficient blue light protection. I find Gunnar glasses to be very effective, and I don't have that dry, itchy feeling in my eyes after computer or Kindle use. I also feel a lot less eye strain now after I've been on my devices. I recommend Gunnar for providing really good eye protection. Further, Gunnar takes great care that my glasses arrive well packaged, and in a very timely manner.
