Dear Christine, We sincerely apologize for the confusion and inconvenience you've experienced regarding your order #38631. We understand your concerns and are here to provide clarification. As our products are shipped from Germany, they must go through customs before USPS receives the package for delivery. This process can sometimes lead to longer delivery times, averaging around three weeks. We realize we should have communicated this more clearly at the time of your order, and we're sorry for the oversight. We're actively working to improve our communication and customer service to prevent such misunderstandings in the future. As for your order, it is indeed on its way. We understand that it's been a long wait, and we appreciate your patience. If your order does not arrive within the next five days, we commit to providing a full refund, and we will also allow you to keep the product when it does arrive, at no additional cost. Our aim is to ensure our customers' satisfaction, and we're doing our best to resolve this issue. We will be in touch with further updates on your order as soon as possible. Again, we truly appreciate your patience and understanding during this time. Sincerely, Grounding Official
