The groomer Heidi makes the experience wonderful. Additionally, the ease of making the appointments and the quality of the grooming is excellent.

I booked and paid in full for same-day grooming for my two dogs, with a confirmed arrival window of 4:30–6:30 p.m. Around 3 p.m., the groomer texted that her truck was out of water and asked whether I could provide it. I was working with an elderly home-care client and could not respond immediately. By the time I checked my phone after my 50-minute visit, she had canceled. I asked customer service why no one called before canceling. Customers cannot always monitor text messages, especially while working. A phone call would have given me another opportunity to respond. I then spent nearly two hours on calls with customer service. The first representative said she would consult her supervisor, then told me no supervisor was available when I requested to speak with that person. She also left me waiting approximately 15 minutes without responding or placing me on a proper hold. The second representative was argumentative and told me Groomit could not control cancellations because its groomers are independent contractors. She said no replacement was available and offered a $10 credit. Yet during that same call, another groomer texted that they would arrive in 20 minutes—an update the representative said she could not see. The last-minute cancellation, conflicting information, and dismissive customer service made this unnecessarily frustrating. Customers who prepay for a confirmed appointment deserve clear communication, coordination, and meaningful help when problems arise. Thank you to the Groomer who took the appointment and groomed my dogs; however, I will definitely find another Mobile Groomer and will Never use this establishment again. Frustrating was an understatement with the treatment and unprofessionalism.

This was our first time using a mobile groomer. She kept us updated as to the status of the appointment. She was punctual within the timeframe that we had requested. She was courteous upon arrival in receiving Sniffles from my wife. She showed interest in Sniffles. She did an excellent job and we receive many compliments about Sniffles appearance.
