If i could give a 0 would have, purchased this product 15 days ago with promised 15-25 day delivery yet the tracker they provided says it hasn’t even shipped?

Zero star for me, the fabric they used is not worth it the amount we paid for. Expectations versus reality, way far from the advertised on the add. And to long to delivered. I’ved paid to much for this apparel it’s really not worth it. Disappointed and frustrated. I’ve order this last August 24, 2025 and arrived September 16, 2025. 😒

Would leave no stars if I could. I ordered a s shirt for my favorite college team and when I got It the color wasn’t anything close to the color it is supposed to be. The logo was cheap looking and off color also and they left the logo that was supposed to be on the back completely off!! I contacted customer service and they s basically said they would not exchange or refund. This company is shady. Do not order from them and expect to get the correct product.

I never received my product and the tracking number never worked. When I reached out about the tracking number, they sent me something that did not identify where the package was. It was due last week and I still haven’t received it. I think this is a scam. UPDATE: I finally received the product. It met my expectations. Their shipping information link never worked and I did receive conflicting information about the status of shipping.

I placed an order for an Orioles shirt for my son’s birthday over two weeks ago. I need to know the status of the order which I charged to my credit card if not I will contact my bank

Edit: My issue has since been resolved: the hat finally arrived today, and I'm pleased. I'm still a little frustrated, because I reached out twice to support last week with no response, and I didn't hear from them until I had left this negative reviews. I wish support had just explained the situation to me after my initial communication so it didn't need to get to this point. OP: I ordered a hat from this site over a week ago. When I ordered it, it said it would arrive by today. After several days, I received no updates about my order, so I reached out to support to see what was happening with my order. There was no response. I reached out again, and still no response. If I don't hear anything, I'm going to reach out to my credit card company to dispute the charge.
