GrindswapReviews of grindswap.com

Hey Trevor, I am honestly not sure how Trustpilot marked this as a verified review when we do not even offer COC services and our market is US and Canada and it looks like you're from Bulgaria? I also took the liberty to search your name in our database of our customers just in case but came out empti handed, maybe you meant this review for a different business? On top of that it looks like you used an AI tool to write this but just in case this could be a real review please email us at [email protected] with your email or order ID and we will get back to you within 12 hours and address your concers.

Hey Elias MacKay, The first account that you had issues with like you said we replaced with a different one even though we could never prove and were never convinced that the issue was in our end but to stay true to our warranty we did it. When you contacted us about the second account we then went back to check what was going on with the first account and noticed that it was in an Indian clan which is something we have nothing to do with (same thing happened with the second account too). When you emailed us a few days ago we checked your accounts again and the first account is back in a US clan? Accounts don't just change hands like that. We're not going to claim anything since there's no way for us to prove what happened with the account, whether it was hacked or maybe you sold it to someone else and now you want it back but one thing is for sure that the issue has nothing to do with us. I am really sorry that this happened to you but there's nothing more we can do. When we sent you the account information of the second account, we asked you to activate account protection and change the email of the account (which you confirmed that you did) so that nothing like this could happen again unless you sold the account yourself or you were hacked (in the email that you linked to it yourself) and they logged in on the account but still you could not have lost access to it since it's tied to your phone number and yet you claim that it did.

Hey there, if something like that is happening please email us at [email protected] and we'll fix the issue within 5 minutes. You have a lifetime warranty on your account and should've contacted us first. Sorry we couldn't help but you've changed the email of the account meaning only you have access on it and the only way someone could gain access on it would be if you shared it with someone or if your email was hacked (doesn't mean you lose the ownership all they need to do is access the email and get the COC login code). We could still help you kick anyone who is on the account out but, you were not willing to work with us so there's not much we can do unfortunately.

Hey Nicholas, Our accounts do not come from China so, if you're 100% sure that you purchased the account from www.grindswap.com and you followed our guidelines then please email us at [email protected] or [email protected] and our team will be more than happy to help you. Remember you have a lifetime warranty on the account so we will either replace the account or refund your order.

Hey Sam or should I call you Sean? Sorry we had to refund the order but you used different names (in live chat, on checkout page and your Venmo payment) and did not want to verify the payment with us. We unfortunately can not accept payments that we think are not genuine without verifying them. We didn't ask for anything special other then what is specified in our terms & conditions that you agree to before submitting your order, I guess we understand that you're angry but there's nothing more we could've done after you didn't want to cooperate with us.
