GrillrescueReviews of grillrescue.com

We ordered the special 1/2 price plus 1 free Grill Rescue offer this summer. The brushes arrived quickly as ordered. I've used them for several months after each grill use on two different grills and I am very satisfied with the quality and cleaning ability. Using steam is genius and the grates are always super clean and ready for the next use. I'm very satisfied with the company and the product.

product never delivered - got multiple responses from a AI System that never followed through .... still out my money with no prduct --- only thing I got was repeat emails saying they are shipping my product .... never happens after over 90 days. They are giving Firefighters a bad name!

Grill rescue co. BUYERS BEWARE!!!!! I am writing regarding a package delivered to my address that was intended for the previous residents. Because they no longer live at this address, I REFUSED THE DELIVERY!!! The previous residents informed me that your company promised to ship a replacement package directly to their new address, but they have yet to receive it. Because this issue remains unresolved, I have filed a formal complaint with the Better Business Bureau (BBB) on their behalf.THIS NONSENSE HAS BEEN GOING ON SINCE JUNE!!!! I RECOMEND EVERYONE THAT HAS BEEN SCREWED BY THIS COMPANY DO THE SAME, REPORT THEM TO BBB!!! Many people haven't received their orders according to reviews on FB.

Great product! Works exactly as advertised and makes cleaning the grill quick and easy.

I ordered the July 4th bundle on July 7th. I never got the product and have been trying to get a refund since then but so far no luck. They told my credit card company I did not follow the cancellation policy. They have a 30 day "refund" policy, but I never even got the product! Plus my fist cancellation request was 3 weeks after my initial order. I have been emailing them for over 2 months. No phone support and eveytime I email, I either get an automated response or a bunch of excuses; "we are behind," "things are back ordered," "be patient", etc. Learn from my experience, this company is way in over their head and likely going bankrupt. They have an "F" rating with the Better Business Bureau. Don't order from them.

I didn’t realize how much I needed these gloves until I got a pair! Not only do I use them often when grilling, but also now while I’m tending the wood in our outdoor fire pit.

As much as I would love to give you a 5 star my order was only a partial and with no response from the first five emails I sent only to be told the USA gloves and out of stock and on back order. I do love my grill rescue I purchased for myself. Your customer service respond time is terrible. I am still waiting for my gloves and you are giving them away.

I have purchased 4 pairs of these gloves. They were given away as gifts. One of my sons is a firefighter and he absolutely loved the gloves. He said they are made like his firefighter gloves. Of course, he had to test them to see if he could place his hands on the griddle. He said they are great!
