Tonight, I cut open an envelope of 5 Pure Ratios transdermal hemp extract patches, to find only 4 patches inside. Obviously, this has annoyed me and makes me feel cheated although I am sure it is just a mistake in packaging. Please respond, Penelope C. Beattie

I live in Canada but am a U.S. citizen. I still have a U.S. bank account and a credit card. I tried getting some Cbd oil gum from endoca and they wouldn't do it because i didn't have a U.S. billing address. Very frustrating! I found Green Wellness life on line and called them.
