Very good customer service. Received a defective device and they were promt to answer phone (no robots) and were very friendly to get a replacement sent out at no cost to me. Even got to keep the defective device so no hassle on returning. Even included a sample pack of gummies for the hassle. Product itself works very well and would recommend.
