Bryan, We are sorry you did not care for the product you purchased. We guarantee all our products and we would be happy to exchange or refund you. Just give us a call at 1-888-772-7875 during our office hours and we will be happy to help. I also wanted to make sure you are aware that all CBD is not the same and some work better for some people than others. I am not able to see what particular product you ordered but as well as your serving size and help you to find a great product for you. Again we are sorry for your disappointment and look forward to speaking with you and finding you a product that fits your needs. Sincerely, Cara
