Overall not bad
Edit: I talked with customer service for a while, they explained everything, we apologized to each other and got everything fixed, they even gave me a larger discount which I appreciate although to keep the review unbiased I will disregard that for the rating. The hemp is great and I will be buying again. Original: They cancelled my order and flagged it as suspicious because the shipping address and billing address are different along with the account name and name of the person it is shipping to being different. Amazon and every other company doesn't have this issue, even in the cannabis industry. Took them almost a day to even respond back, the response was mean and they called me stupid. I was excited to be a new customer since their products seemed good, but I will definitely not be buying from them.

Hello and really sorry for your experience and that your order did not pass the protocol we have in place to check for payment risk. Below is the email we initiated immediately after cancelling the order to proactively give you a chance to update your billing/shipping info and try again. It is true that we replied the next day at noon to your reply to our original email, and in our reply we tried to explain in depth without giving away our security techniques how to get your order through. As part of this explanation we suggested that you might try AI since we can only give away so much of our risk protocol detail. Apparently that was taken as an insult, and we apologize for that, as that was not the intention. It was only meant as a tip to get some more context around the entire situation. Original Message for Other Customer Transparency, with no personal details shared: -- Hello Unfortunately we had to cancel your order. If you wanted to try again, the billing and shipping address must match that of the card being use. This would still be subject to review, as there were also several mismatching legitimacy signs and we do not take chances with that until we are confident in the legitimacy. Feel free to provide as much info as you want here to better your chances. Thank you. -- Typically if we have several risk indicators set off we do not always reach out, but since we thought yours might be a false positive we did reach out with as much detail as possible. Also, we don't require that billing and shipping be the same on all orders, we look at a whole risk profile and we were trying to provide you a way to still get an order through that we could pass. Of course, that would have meant updating the bank address on file to match your card and in this case billing/shipping would need to be the same. That would not likely be the case for every order as long as we were to understand the circumstances of some of the other inconsistencies. Apologies again, we obviously wouldn't want to turn anyone away. However, credit card disputes come with heavy fees to us and quite a bit of documentation to try to defend. 90% of the time we lose that money and the dispute fees, since the big credit card companies always favor the individual raising dispute. So it is a bit of a tightrope since the merchant is typically the one that picks up the bill and then some for this.
