Thank you for bringing your concerns to our attention. We take all feedback seriously, and we are disappointed to hear that you feel misled about your refund. We want to be absolutely clear about how this specific transaction was handled, as well as our long-standing commitment to security and transparency. 1. Verification of Policy and Transaction Details The transaction was initiated and then cancelled by you, the buyer, due to personal financial circumstances, not due to any fault or failure on the part of the seller or Greenlightforsite.com. Agreed-Upon Cancellation Fee: As you confirmed during the cancellation process, our policy for transactions cancelled by the buyer states that a 3% cancellation fee of the total escrow amount is deducted from the refund. This fee is clearly outlined in our Terms of Service and is among the lowest in the escrow market. The Refund Issued: The full amount, minus the agreed-upon 3% fee, was processed and returned to you. 2. Security and Recovery of the Business While you decided to cancel the transaction, you initially wanted to retain ownership of the purchased business. Our security team expended significant effort and time to successfully reverse the ownership transfer and ensure the business was safely returned to the verified seller. This complex security protocol is exactly why we maintain our cancellation fee: it covers the operational costs of reversing a complex, multi-stage transaction to protect both parties. 3. Our Commitment For over 10 years, Greenlightforsite.com has worked diligently to protect buyers and sellers by maintaining the highest standards of security and transparency in every transaction. We stand by our policy and our efforts to secure the seller's assets while processing your prompt refund, less the standard, agreed-upon fee. We regret that you are unhappy with the application of the fee, but we must consistently apply our established policies to maintain a reliable and secure platform for everyone. Sincerely, The Greenlightforsite.com Team
