Keep missing my pick up date

The workers they are very good but the lady she call she try to charge me extra

Always forget come to pick up cardboard

Missed to pick up garbage again today

I ordered a 15 yard dumpster and they said they didn’t have any but would give me a 20 yarder instead for the 15 yard price . Even though I only put in debris from a kitchen demolition and never reached the top of the container they charged me another 50% extra after the dumpster was removed . Claiming it was overweighted. It was just a lie to charge me for the 20 yarder which I didn’t order .

No response to any of my calls as why they removed my functional large bin from my facility and replaced with tiny bin
