I definitely do not recommend this company. We booked and paid for a motorhome through Great RV Trip for a holiday in Turkey. We flew to Istanbul specifically for this trip. However, when we arrived, there was no one there to meet us, and no motorhome was available for us to collect. We repeatedly tried to contact the people in charge, but no one was willing to help or take responsibility for what had happened. As a result, we were unable to take our holiday and had to return home on a third flight. To make matters worse, the money we paid was never refunded. We suffered a serious financial loss, and our entire holiday was ruined. I strongly advise anyone considering booking with this company to be extremely careful. Our experience was deeply disappointing and completely unprofessional.
