The phone conversation was very thorough and she asked questions to really get uncover my experience and skills. It showed when I got my resume back. Throughout multiple interviews everyone commented on how awesome my resume looked. Ultimately I landed the job I really wanted

Initially, I wasn’t sure what to expect when I made the decision to use a resume service, but this was a great experience for me. I had the opportunity to work with Matilda. Her partnership during the process was outstanding and she did an excellent job answering all my questions. Based on our phone conversations, Matilda skillfully compiled and formatted my resume. She was able to capture and highlight my accomplishments, strengths, and experience in a dynamic professional document. In addition, Matilda provided me with a well targeted cover sheet, an eye catching Linked In profile, and some wonderful tips to optimize my professional brand. Matilda is true professional. Her expert advice and support throughout the entire process exceeded my expectations. Thank you to Matilda for guiding me through this process and producing a great product!

A resume company is successful when it takes care of BOTH clients and writers. I have been a professional resume writer for several years and have witnessed many bad practices in our profession. The industry is highly competitive and most services attract mediocre or inadequate writers because it's tremendously difficult to find high-quality, strategic writers. The great ones not only create content but, more importantly, produce results because they are excellent interviewers (able to draw information from the client) and understand business & the recruiter/employer sides of the hiring process. What good is a pretty resume if it's not going to help open doors? In the past year that I've consulted for GRF, I've found them very selective in their hiring process, which I appreciate because I value my own personal brand and reputation as a resume professional and wouldn't want to be associated with a sub-par team. Jessica (owner) has let go of writers who don't meet both GRF and clients' standards--especially when it comes to ethical matters. As a values-based organization, there is also no tolerance for ethical compromise--I LOVE THIS about GRF. What I appreciate most are the AMAZING CLIENTS. GRF's strong reputation has allowed me to collaborate with global Fortune 500 leaders, celebrity influencers, professionals looking to transition careers, and other fascinating people who trust us with their livelihood. I take that responsibility very seriously. So does Jessica. I also know they have occasionally had to turn away clients who are mistreating the writers (or other creepy unacceptable behaviors). It's unfortunate but helps maintain the company's integrity. I really appreciate that the company puts people first, even if it means turning down business.

I was fairly disappointed with this company/service. But everyone is different.

I worked with Jessica. She had me prepare ahead of time with specific questions to get me thinking about the right information so we could have a detailed conversation. She took the time to understand my career history and what I was looking to achieve moving ahead. She really highlighted various aspects through my career and made them stand out out on my CV, cover letter and LIP. I am very happy with the results. I made a few edits and I also requested some last minutes changes. Jessica was fully accommodating. Thank you Jessica and the Great Resumes Fast Team.

The title "Great Resumes Fast" hardly does their service and quality of work any justice. I was fortunate to work with a highly experienced team that capture my experiences and goals in such a way that it speaks for itself resulting in less time spent answering questions from recruiters and in interviews. My resume and corresponding documents (i.e. thank you letter, cover letter, etc.) are so professional and robust that I didn't have to make any adjustments to them. I am very please with the outcome and excited for the opportunities they will help me achieve.

I am living proof that their strategic approach really works. Their efforts have assisted me in increasing my earning potential exponentially (from $50K to $175K in 3 short years) as well as opened up a world of opportunities and professional growth. – Carlos M. Llanes Jr.
