Excellent service.
I purchased new brushes for my cordless drill and the shipping was very reasonable, especially for one day. Very happy with my purchase.

Shipping Issues
I ordered a chuck and a chuck bolt for my drill paid for expedited shipping then only after I had submitted my order was I informed that my 'one or more of my items was on backorder.' I am an electrician so this kinda put a damper on production for a while. 6-10 business days before it even ships.

Hi Courtney, Sorry for the delay in shipping. When things like this happen we try to contact the customer right away to keep them informed. We are working on better ways for the in stock and out of stock status to be more visible. We are also working on our inventory system. We appreciate the business. Have a great day!

Still isn't here yet
It shipped out on July 31st and I haven't received it yet. It is 2 very small items that are being shipped via USPS. Their website said they would be here on Aug. 4th. Still not here yet. Shipping via the postal system is a joke!! Not sure this is GreatLakes fault though...

Hi Vinnie, You selected USPS First class mail as your shipping option. This option would not have given you an estimated arrival time. This is not the fasted method for the post office. Looking at tracking it is scheduled to be to you today.
