Great bank to work with

I moved to Nevada 6 years ago and needed to establish my finances in a local bank. My children suggested GBFCU, and I'm very glad they did. I have been very satisfied with the services I have received from GBFCU.

I have been a member @ GBFCU for at least 40 years. They have always maintained a standard of high quality service. It feels like that small town bank where everyone knows your name. They have helped me through the most difficult times of my life. I am so thankful to have picked them as my credit union so long ago.

I have been a loyal customer of G.B.F.C.U. for over twenty years. From a checking to savings account to several car and home equity loans I wouldn't consider any other banking institution. Why? Its all about customer care. They actually answer the phone, great rates and free checking. Very pleasant on the phone and face to face.

Just a gliche on the docusign technology slowed the process, otherwise great customer service.

I will tell you now, DON'T GO ANYWHERE ELSE!!! I won't leave them... they'll have to chase me away!! I have had accounts with B of A, Wells Fargo, US Bank, Greater Nv Credit Union, and Great Basin over the years. For the past 10 years I have stuck with Great Basin and HIGHLY RECOMMEND them!! Every branch in the Reno/Sparks area has the most amazing staff that I have ever dealt with. THANKS FOR BEING THE BEST BANKING / LENDER IN THE WORLD!!!!!
