UPDATE: I successfully cashed out a net amount of $294.94 from Jan. 31st to Feb. 20th to PayPal. There is a small processing fee for cashing out and an upper limit of $50 per cash-out (but you're able to cash out multiple times in a row), with the fee being $2.25 for a $50 cash-out, which I think is reasonable considering I've never been able to earn this much from any other play-to-earn games/apps. With the last milestone I reached, I received $144, which resulted in another hold on my account requiring proof of gametime and level, which I promptly provided, and they responded in around an hour or less which is the quickest I think I've ever received support from one of these types of companies. After I received the response I was cleared and able to cash out with no issues! ORIGINAL: I had to review, because despite some hurdles cashing out after the first couple of times, I provided screenshots as proof and was immediately cleared and got my payout to PayPal almost instantly. The customer service response has been very fast in my experience! I was worried when I couldn't get past the ID verification screen because the photos kept turning out poorly, but they also cleared me after I contacted them about that. Sure, it'd be nice to not have to provide evidence but it's not like it's anything difficult, I just show my in-game level or my purchase receipt and it's all good. I'm VERY pleased with the quality of customer service!

They're great with great fast customer service

I thought this would be a great way to earn cash quick but for some reason every time I make money I have to constantly send screenshots of my hours I played the game and screen shots of the level I'm currently at. Then I have to wait to receive my earnings. Definitely not a easy process. It's been almost 2 days and still haven't received my earnings and now customer service isn't responding to any messages.
