I sent in a quote request on the website exactly ONE WEEK AGO and have not received any quote or any response. I called Doreen, and she gave me a nice explanation and all, she promised me she would get me a response that same day, and I heard nothing. I call her again the next day and she says she sent something, but I received nothing, and tells me to send another request. She then goes on to tell me she has a lot of clients ahead of her and tells me to wait for my turn. Well okay, then you need to stop advertising that you will generate a quote in 24 hours because now this is false advertising. Today is one week after the original request and more than 24 hours after the second request. I'm very dissatisfied, I'm going to another vendor.
