Wasn’t exactly made to my order specs. No cheese.

The fee charged to place an online pickup order through the restaurant's is exorbitant. We will not be using again.

The burgers and roast beef were very good. I did not care for the curly fries. They were closed to “deep fried” almost burnt. This isn’t unique to this restaurant though as most in Gloucester don’t know how to properly fry food. Quick delivery. Friendly driver. Would order again but not order the fries.

Order was over 30 mins late borderline cold when it arrived

Our order was 2 hours late, and wasn’t my complete order. So had to wait longer for rest of my order.

Delivery was great, prompt and courteous. The order was incorrect. I requested a Chicken Alfredo Pizza, No broccoli , Add bacon but received the pizza With broccoli and No bacon. Disappointing.

checkout process doesnt disclose hidden fees, and fails to list out line items that add up to the grand total only the confirmation email reveals a line item "taxes and fees" which lists taxes AND grabull fees together in an attempt to obscure the fee amount. This is deliberately deceptive, and should be illegal
