I really recommend GR8 Body fitness I’m completing my goals and I look and feel wonderful this program is easy to follow and you have 100% support!!!!

Weight loss journey… …..during the Pandemic in 2020, I slipped into a funk which considering what we went through was normal ..GAINING WEIGHT! I myself came last. Didn’t care for my health stopped working out ate horrible etc. I started to gain weight and just felt super sluggish. I finally decided to do what I needed to do and chose to put myself first. My goal was not just to lose body fat but also to just feel good. I felt so tired everyday. After trying out this program with Gr8 Body Fitness, Ive lost about 15 pounds so far in 3 months with the help, guidance and encouragement from Garrett. Everyone asks what I did, but I think the first most important choice is to choose yourself first then everything will follow. Honestly Garrett has led me to get to this mindset and it really does help. Diet /workout plan from GR8 Body Fitness definitely helped me with my journey and Im still going =) Thank you Garrett!

GR8 Body Fitness are amazing! I highly recommend signing up for this program if you've been trying to lose weight. I have tried many different programs, without success. I only started about a month ago and have lost weight. What is important is that is has stayed off. Garret makes it very easy to follow the meal plan and workouts by taking into account what actually works best for you! He asks YOU questions and what works for your lifestyle and physical level. The one-on-one attention and encouragement is such a blessing, as is the group setting where we can all vent and learn from each other. I've had total knee replacement surgery last year and am still healing, along with low back pain. I've been in physical therapy for quite some time for both areas, and am so grateful that Garret works with me to adjust accordingly for the goals I've established with this program. I'm very grateful and thankful! I also understand this doesn't happen overnight and am patient. As long as I see progress I am a happy camper enjoying my life during this growth and looking forward to end results, along this journey of life!!

Garret and his team are amazing! I highly recommend signing up for this program if you've been trying to lose weight, get stronger, whatever your goals are. Garret makes it really easy to follow along with the meal plan and workouts by taking into account what actually works best for you. Nothing is forced upon you. Ultimately, while the physical results feel really good (and are pretty much inevitable with this program), the most valuable thing I have gained from this experience is a new perspective. I've learned to cut myself some slack, take things one day at a time, and investigate why my body reacts to certain foods in certain ways. The one-on-one attention and encouragement is great, as is the group setting where we can all vent and learn from each other. I'm soooo glad I got to work with Garret and Lucy!

By far the best! GR8 Body Fitness is my second family! I've been a member for over 4 years. The program is an amazing combination of personalized care, awesome high intensity and resistance training, nutrition, and group meetings to encourage each other. Five stars is not enough. Thanks to GR8 for getting me in the best shape and health I have ever been! The connection we've built as a team is definitely like a family. Many thanks to GR8 Body Fitness for all the awesome memories and for making me healthy and strong!
