Ordered a mower belt, paid for it, they never shipped it.

placed an order for four belts that said in stock paid extra for expedited shipping 5 days go by and no belts no tracking information tried to call wouldn't answer their phone left a message with all my info and order number two more days go by i hear nothing from them so i call again i spent most of the 45 minute phone call on hold why she tries to get a tracking number because the refuse to issue a refund. finally they provide a tracking number saying the belts have shipped the day before i called. still have not received the belts its faster and easier for you to avoid this place or call you bank or credit card number to get a refund

I bought 8 belts, and when I received the package there was only 6 belts, I contact their live support on the website, and they have not respond for 3 days. Even when it says they are online and ready to respond, they just ignore me. Go buy from vbeltguys, not this garbage fraudulent company.

On February 20, 2023 I placed an order for three small rubber belts. The price was reasonable. The order was accepted on the website, processed, On February 23, I received notification that they had suddenly, arbitrarily cancelled my order. "Out of stock" they claim. They made NO attempt to find stock to actually fulfill my order. NO attempt at some accommodation. Only refund and be done with it. As of February 25, the item still shows on their website as available for order and I was able add them to a "shopping cart" (for more money) and proceed to checkout. Something very, very fishy going on here. They can NOT be relied on.

I needed a belt for my riding mower. I found GPR on line and they had the belt that I needed. I was reluctant to place my order due to the better then great price. I thought what is to loose and ordered my belt. It arrived on time and when I installed it I was pleasantly surprised that it fit. When I finished mowing a half acre over grown lawn the belt still looked like new. I just placed an order for two more belts and now I have two spares just in case I damage my first belt. This is a gold star company. Henry

Process was smooth and simple, package was delivered on time and in great condition. I was very happy with the product

I was hoping to get a matched set of belts and they were not matched other wise they came on time and was the right size.
