First timer.

I purchased a paid plugin and it crashed my site and I didn't get a working solution from support.

I can't imagine anything extra would be better.. This team doing the best can be done.

I've recently had to reach out to support twice in two weeks. I was amazed that, in both instances I heard back the next day, not with an excuse or that, "you'll need to contact the plugin developer...", but with real fixes that they implemented that corrected my issues immediately. Great support and great product.
