Meu login deixou de funcionar e, mesmo fazendo reset de senha, nada acontece. Após receber o email de redefinição de senha, colocamos o login+senha nova e a página faz "reload" sem informar nenhum erro, e não entra no dashboard. Ninguém responde os contatos enviados pelo formulário do site. Existe uma área de suporte, que necessita de login, portanto, é impossível abrir um ticket de suporte. Temos produtos comprados e estamos sem acesso à eles.

Somehow I ended up with a quantity of 2 of the same product in the cart, which I didn't notice until after the payment. This happened because I logged in after I added the product to the cart and I'm not sure that I did something wrong or it's a bug on their website. Nevertheless, I opened a ticket and requested that half of the money to be reimbursed. They didn't reply so after a few days, I added to the ticket that I will file a complain to the payment processor. After this, they did something with my account because I can't login anymore, I have no error message but I always get redirected to the login page.

es una basura, te venden plantillas que se rompen todo el tiempo. Tardan un monton en responder, improvisan, no recomiendo de ninguna manera comprarles nada.

If you need all the stuff without support it’s good. With me they have had a good customer service.

Have been with them for about 3 years. Their support has been getting worse every month. They offer products they can't support, take your money and then try to switch you to something they can support.

whilst i understand its 4.99 , and the products are nulled etc , at least have the decency to reply to support tickets guys 3 themes purchsed re not vailble to download s they have awknoweledged themselves promises up alternative themes have not been honouered now 3 weeks BEWARE
