I ordered a dress back in February 2026 and never received the product. Don't buy from here. Saw it on facebook and thought it was a cute item, but I never received it yet they took my payment.

Statt 39.99 wurde 50,93 abgezogen.

Ordered 1 item received 7 charged for 7 , claim I cannot return for hygiene reasons when the boxes are sealed , then 13 days later 3 additional charges totalling over $700 withdrawals from my credit card without authorisation The authorities should shut this company down , all the reviews read the same Shame on you

This seller is incredibly deceptive and their products do not remotely align with their advertisements. Their website and checkout process is deceiving and does not provide a cart review page before confirming purchase. They offer a "deal" on the purchase that presents as a discount to the original chosen quantity, however it duplicates the order and then submits payment without the benefit of a checkout screen prior to submission to catch that they've duplicated or crippled the order under the guise of a discount. This happened to me and as soon as the completed purchase screen came up I noticed the deception and immediately contacted the company to cancel the order. This was in less than a minute. I spoke to a customer service agent who ensured that the order was canceled and that I would receive the confirmation email within 30 minutes. Instead I received a shipping confirmation email instead within 30 minutes saying that the order was already shipped... as if that was even possible. I then replied to company multiple times via email requesting that they cancel the order and detailing my disdain for their scam website and they refused, repeatedly stating that the items (multiple of the same thing that I did not want might I add) were already shipped/in the shipping process. When disputing This with my credit card company they provided fraudulent documents that do not reflect their actual website or how the checkout process goes. They produced random terms and conditions, screenshot of a checkout process that does not exists, and they provided a doctored up confirmation page only showing one of the charges that they charged my card and not the full charge amount. Please avoid this company at all costs. I believe that the other experiences here should be enough to have this company shut down for fraudulent business practices and false advertisement. I will be taking this issue as high and as far as it can go!

The advert on you tube shows a toy dog 20 times bigger that what they send you, not only that! They charge me 3 time in my credit card, and about the return they never sent the information, the phone they use is in Philipines. The Wuffy toy they sold me, I found it in Target fot $7.99 and the scamers charged me $35 .They robbed me $105 Now I have to disput it with the credit card.

It is a scam. I ordered the toy dog as a Christmas gift on 30th November 2025. As I did not receive anything by 20th December I emailed them numerous times. I was told to be patient and wait for delivery, well after Christmas. I finally gave up trying to resolve it with the merchant, raised a dispute and got my money back through my credit card provider. PLEASE DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS DODGY FIRM. You will not get your good or money back.

Betrug!!! Habe am 19.12.2025 um 15:50 3 Robot Puppy bestellt und sofort eine Bestellbestätigung über 5 Robot Puppy bekommen, was mich sehr überraschte. Habe am 19.12.2025 um 16:17 sofort reklamiert. Zur Antwort bekam ich das das leider schon zu spät ist und die Artikel bereits versandt wurden. Kann aber jederzeit nach erhalt der Ware eine Rücksendung tätigen. Ich Idiot habe mit Kreditkarte bezahlt, wurde auch gleich abgebucht . In der Zwischenzeit habe ich noch ein paarmal mit einem Victor(wuffypup.com)hin und her gemailt. Am 14.01.2026 kam das Paket per Post, hab es nicht angenommen und der Postbote sagte kein Problem es geht wieder retour. Habe dann an support@wuffypup... bis jetzt 3 E-Mails geschickt mit dem Vermerk dass das Paket nicht angenommen wurde. Vom:mailer-daemon@googlemail.. bekomme ich laufend eine Antwort:" Bei der Zustellung Ihrer Nachricht an support@wuffypup... ist ein vorübergehendes Problem aufgetreten. Gmail versucht noch weitere 45 Stunden, die Nachricht zuzustellen. Sie werden benachrichtigt, falls die Zustellung dauerhaft fehlschlägt." Also Hände weg, das ist keine seriöse Firma.
