It was so smooth and easy!

In the past, I had to carry around a printout. Now, you just need to carry the passport and the border officer can find the ESTA linked to it. Very nice!

I needed an ESTA and googled. The site came up and looked official so I completed the forms accordingly. The system worked perfectly well but the add on charge for the service is far to high. I think more business would be forthcoming if the price was dropped, as sooner or later, word will get around and no one will use the service.

Generally, it worked smoothly for me. I used it for business travel. If the system could send an e-mail to link the receipt, it would be better, I think.

It was a quick one. I got my approval before the 74 hours I was given. Thank you.
