SCAM SCAM SCAM I'm so mad I was trying to get my EIN quickly and didn't realize I was paying for something that should be FREE. I tried to email for a refund and big surprise the email address given for support is not real so no way to contact them.

Charging 340$ for a free service for an ein with no disclaimer that it's free. You should be investigated for fraud **update when you go to the actual application it does not say anything about the irs is free as you previously replied and no you don't have multiple disclaimers ***its a scam beware You're a scam as all the other reviews say. Why would I willing pay 340 for something free if I knew . Criminal

We’re sorry you had a bad experience. We have multiple disclaimers on our site.
0 Stars. Charging over $300 for a free filing is predatory. They took up the top spot on google so they will trick a lot of people.

The site clearly states at the top of the page: "Disclaimer: Employer Identification Numbers can be obtained at no charge with the IRS." We provide a service for those who need assistance with their filings. Those wanting to file on their own can go directly to IRS.gov
They are a scam. I had no idead until reviewing the books with our accountant this morning and when I showed him the EIN filing fee he informed me there was no fee. They are a predatory shit company. Unfortunate that this is allowed to happen to people trying to start their own small business.

They want $340 for documents that you can get from the IRS for free, while flooding search results so the actual site you should go to is harder to find. Their "refund process" is that they don't have one, you have to contact them repeatedly via email for any response. Pretty typical of scammers. Edit: their comment below is nothing but lies. Do not trust these scammers. The only way I got my money back was by disputing the charge through my credit card provider.
