I was worried about the purchase I made from Armageddon Turbo after all the horrible reviews but boy did they come through in a big way. Got my PSR Anthem levers for a great price and in a week. Communication was great, notified me throughout the whole delivery process with emails. I definitely will recommend this company for anyone looking to buy great products for the best price. Great transaction over-all. Thank you!

I would give 0 stars if I could. Total jackasses running this site. Unable to fulfill an order, rude when I wanted to cancel, would not do so. Implied I had to pay a cancelation and restocking fee for an item they never even had. Should report to the FTC in all honesty

Absolutely terrible company. Waited 6 weeks for a product to ship. Was told “it should ship in 1-2 weeks” which seems to be their go-to line from other reviews I’ve read. Eventually requested a refund/cancellation and they pointed me to their cancellation policy, in an attempt to keep some of the money I paid. So I opened a dispute through my card and had my money back within 48 hours. This awful company made me wait almost two months for something I needed. I purchased the same product from a different, reputable company and guess what? It shipped THE SAME DAY. Don’t do business with Armageddon.

I ordered brake pads from GoTurbo on July 30, 2026. The order remained “Awaiting shipment” for weeks. I contacted customer support and was told that the order was waiting for the product from the manufacturer and that shipping was expected within 1–2 weeks. Two weeks later, the order still had not shipped. By that point, I had been waiting almost a month for my brake pads. I need my car for transportation, so this delay was extremely inconvenient. What was especially frustrating is that I was not clearly informed before purchasing that the item could take this long to become available. I eventually requested a cancellation and full refund. GoTurbo did refund the full $81.81, which I appreciate, but the overall experience was very frustrating. If an item is going to take several weeks to ship, customers should be clearly informed before placing the order. I would not have ordered it if I had known I would be waiting nearly a month without shipment. I hope the company improves its inventory information and communicates realistic shipping times to customers.

I ordered an airbag sensor 3 weeks ago received no communication when I went to cancel my order they referred me to the return policy which was very vague. No communication whatsoever on how long the part would take to get upon a placing order. After emailing waited 4 days for the message we are checking 4 days after that when I canceled they referred me to their policy. Unless you want to wait forever don't order

Do not buy from Armageddon Turbo. They are holding my money hostage for a Rock Krawler Adjustable Front Track Bar that I ordered over two months ago. They keep blaming "supplier delays" to justify their 60-plus day silence, but Rock Krawler’s own website lists lead times of only 5-10 days for basic parts. There is no excuse for a 10-day lead time to turn into a 2-month wait unless this shop simply failed to place the order or is using customer cash to float their own books. They claim they don’t have phone support "to keep prices low," but that is just a shield for their total lack of accountability. They have missed three of their own self-imposed shipping deadlines and only respond with vague "should ship soon" emails when I spend my own time chasing them down for the status. In my professional life, if a client has to follow up this many times for a basic status update, it is considered a total failure. Do not try to save a few bucks by shopping here. You will spend that "savings" ten times over in stress and lost time while your truck sits useless. I am filing a chargeback and reporting them. Save yourself the headache and buy direct from the manufacturer or a vendor that actually stocks what they sell.

This company is absolutely horrible with customer service. They don’t allow phone calls. They don’t respond back to your emails and they also will lie to you about products not being in stock. I ordered over a month and a half ago and still haven’t received my product and now they’re not responding to my emails now I have to get legal action to try to get some of my money back. beware do not deal with this company. They’re absolutely horrible.

As many have described, the order states it's awaiting shipment. It's been a week since I placed the order. I received a very general response instructing me to refer to their return policy. I responded with you haven't even shipped the item and I requested a refund but no response received .Communication is poor and customer service lacks, I too will be requesting a charge back, I will never shop here again. I typically don't write reviews but in this instance, I feel like I have been taken advantage and goturbo refuses to return my funds.
