GotreptilesReviews of gotreptiles.com

I purchased a snake almost 2 months ago, didnt pay for any kind of expedited service, but was immediately charged for it. In the last two weeks I've emailed twice and left at least two messages via phone to find out about any kind of timetable for delivery. So far I've received no feedback of any kind, except a form email from their contact is page.

Spent over 130 for lizards and shipping never received them though my account was withdrawn. Cant get anyone to respond. judging from these reviews im not the only one. Anybody want to start a class action suit with me?

I wish I had read this before!!!!! I payed around 90 dollars for a grey tree frog, nothing. They gave me the run around, and took my money! Then they stopped answering my calls and emails! SCAM, SCAM, SCAM!!!!!!!! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM!!!!

This company is such a scam!! Do not order from them. I ordered a snake and paid the $50 to have it processed in 1 to 2 days. After 5 days of no email responses and no one answering the phone, someone finally answered and told me my order would be processed and i would get an email notification that day. That never happened but the payment posted to my account. Now almost 2 weeks later still no reptile and no response from the company about a refund!!

scam, never got common musk turtle, scam scam scam. gay company never buy from it Imao, if you buy from it ur stoopeed.

Placed an order for over $100, paid for 2-3 day processing and overnight shipping, 8 days later and I haven't heard a thing from them. I called their customer service line twice but it's a 3rd party that supposedly contacts them and tells them to call me. I haven't heard anything or been able to get my money back. It's a complete scam.

Got reptiles I guess could be an okay company if they actually did there own business I ordered from them after having a horrible dealing with reptile city. The issue is I ordered from them. And got contacted from the same person from reptile city. She works from them. They rarely answer the 800 number however call it after 1800. I would suggest about 0130 they will text you a message that tells you when working hours are. However calling the number during those hours you will get one excuse after another. The ladies name is Nina and by all means contact me I’ll gladly share the number.

I would like the owner(s) of this website investigated and arrested for pulling false advertisements and scams of literally robbing people online. Would someone in the legal department please track them before they rob other people? How much money do people have to lose before these cybercriminals get arrested? I placed an order to buy a turtle and paid for express shipping in order to get it ahead of time in December. Since it's taking more than two weeks, I asked to get my refund. The representative would promise to give me a refund back but it's almost TWO WEEKS NOW. It doesn't take more than 5 days to wire your money back realistically speaking. NOW, it's time to take legal action to defend others from this lesson. Would anyone accept this type of service? No way! So IF YOU ARE PLANNING TO BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS WEBSITE, TURN AROUND AND GO ELSEWHERE BECAUSE THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY I PROMISE YOU. IF YOU DONT BELIEVE ME, TRY IT YOURSELF.
