Started quite shaky due to some hick up, but after a little rattling, Ryan was able to rectify the situation.

James Wilson was extremely helpful and spent extra amounts of time helping me navigate attachments to emails and figuring out how to do things I didn’t know how to do on my computer. I’m not computer savvy. He was so kind and patient with me when it took me time to understand how to get the information to him that he needed. He even called me back when we got cut off. He was wonderful . I only gave the experience 4 stars instead of 5 because the waits were so unbearably long and because my issue with Allegiance Air didn’t get completely solved. (Which wasn’t James’ fault) I had to cancel my flight because I tested positive for covid. James was able to give me credit for what I paid for a future flight when I get well. But Allegiance’s policy required me to pay almost the same price as the flight ticket to cancel my flight. I don’t understand what they would have expected me to do. Fly sick with covid expose the crew and passengers to covid? I didn’t cancel by choice. I had no other choice. So Allegiance get’s 2 stars, but James Wilson gets 5.
