Police Report Filed
All these guys were great up until they get your money! Once you give them money, they disappear and their support goes downhill. When you call them out on their Shady behavior, they block you from your ticket system so you can't contact them anymore. They refuse to give refunds, so I have been forced to file a chargeback with my bank, as well as a police report for fraud. I will also be finally a complaint with the attorney general and the Better Business Bureau.

Hello, Sorry to hear that. We see that you requested a refund for the Setigo SSL Certificate you purchased from us and our team installed it on your website. However, as per our Terms & Conditions, services like SSL Certificates, Software Licenses, etc. are non-refundable as these are all 3rd party services we offer as a reseller at a cheaper price for which we have already paid to the provider on behalf of you. I hope you understand. Good Luck, GoSSDHosting.com
